Mr. Roach paid me a little visit tonight. Late visits from oversized insects don’t agree with me, so I tried to chase him out through the window. Unfortunately he took a wrong turn and hid behind a closet. Now, I really hate cocroaches. I can handle spiders, wasps and ticks, but cockroaches simply repulse me.

So I went to my local convenience store to get some backup. What I found there surpassed my wildest expectations.

Trochę o pani Prezydentowej [wredota-free wpis]

Urodzona w rodzinie repatriowanych Wilniusów, ukończyła handel zagraniczny na Wyższej Szkole Ekonomicznej w Sopocie. Po studiach rozpoczęła pracę naukową w Instytucie Morskim w Gdańsku, gdzie zajmowała się rynkami frachtowymi na Dalekim Wschodzie. Jej piastowanie funkcji Pierwszej Damy RP było raczej spokojne. Rzadko udziela się publicznie, a jeśli już to w bardzo wyważony, choć budzący kontrowersje w jej środowisku, sposób.

Well, frankly, people in Japan do not go about the streets wearing kimonos (takes hours to get yourself done up) or dressed up as ninjas and attacking people. In fact they do actually dress up quite as everyone else ^^
